1. New Apple Mac book Pro2.3GHz – Best For Gaming And Programing

https://www.amazon.com/Apple-MacBook-16-Inch-Storage-2-3GHz/dp/B081FTNGNC

This 13-inch Mac Book Pro from Apple has been tweaked to give typing comfort and improved performance due to the addition of Intel’s 10th Generation “Ice Lake” CPU.

CPUs and GPUs

Apple’s new Mac Book Pro is equipped with a powerful new Core i9 9th Gen. Processor that runs at 2.3GHz and boosts up to 4.8GHz when turbo-boost is used. In terms of usage, it is the fastest. Any application that requires heavy computing should be performed on this platform.

This laptop has 4GB of GDDR6 memory that enables it to perform well in comparison with its rivals thanks to AMD Radeon Pro 5500 M graphics. In comparison with its predecessor, this laptop has twice the performance.

Storage & RAM

In addition to the 16GB of DDR4 RAM, the Mac Book Pro contains 10GB of SSD storage for increased storage capacity. A lot of applications and software can run smoothly with that much memory.

Furthermore, the iPad comes with 1TB of storage and ultrafast SSD, so you’ll get super-fast performance and all the storage you need for any project. Programmers should use this laptop; it loads apps in a blink; transfers files at super-fast speeds; and loads apps in a blink.

Display and keyboard

Introducing the Magic Keyboard on the 16-inch Pro gives the user a fantastic typing experience. The Apple-crafted rubber dome that helps store more potential energy for responsiveness and a scissor mechanism that offers 1 mm of key travel helps in enhancing the key travel and the feel of the keys.

Aside from 500 units of brightness and P3 Wide Color support, the display has 500 units of brightness and true tone functionality. This screen has a resolution of 3072 x 1920 pixels with a pixel density of 226 pixels per inch.

Customer response after purchasing

The laptop that I never received worked, so it might just be a case of bad luck. While setting up my computer, Time Machine backup data was not loading. I tried to proceed with the remainder of the installation process, but I canceled it out. This resulted in a computer shutdown, and post-shutdown, the machine stopped working. At startup, it would just cycle repeatedly back and forth between the Apple logo and progress bar. It would almost complete the boot process but would stop and restart before completing it thoroughly. Due to how the third party handled it, I had to pay a 15% reselling fee, so I only got 85% of what I paid.

I had to spend almost $400 to have the enjoyment of owning a broken Mac for a day. It was quite the experience! Despite watching the laptop try and boot for half an hour, the 3rd party said the laptop was fine. Now I feel screwed. The product may be poorly made, or perhaps Apple’s quality control is less than stellar. I am seriously considering switching to an entirely different Mac altogether. Now is the moment for the Apple community that was waiting for Apple to address its concerns. We are all looking forward to this Mac Book Pro. Note: This review applies to the higher-end stock model. My phone’s battery life is only 1 to 2 hours, although it should last up to 11 hours. Currently, the battery has dropped by 15% after being on it for around 20 minutes. The fans on my laptop also sound like they’re running at their highest speed after some time. The sellers are selling authentic Apple products. Therefore I do not understand the problem. Instead of purchasing from the sellers, I am returning to Apple.

2. HP Stream A4-9120E

HP Stream A4-9120E

HP’s Stream 14 is a Windows laptop suitable for email and online apps that are attractive and affordable.

CPUs and GPUs

With HP’s A4 1.5GHz dual-core processor, which can accelerate to 2.2GHz with Turbo technology, users can experience up to 15 hours of battery life.  Users can use it as their primary processor for most everyday tasks. Heavy applications, however, may have trouble running on it.

The AMD Radeon R3 Graphics card is integrated into the motherboard; a wonderful video and graphics partner.

RAM and storage

This laptop is equipped with 4GB of DDR4 RAM and, sadly, it is not upgradeable. Nevertheless, the speed is decent enough for most applications and games.

A 64GB eMMC storage device is also included, which is somewhat faster than an HDD. But the storage capacity isn’t large enough to accommodate a lot of apps and games. With 128GB, the storage capacity is several times larger than with 64GB.

Display and keyboard

Display sizes range from 14 inches diagonally to 14 inches, which is complemented by 1366 x 768 resolutions and HD SVA bright View WLED-backlighting. This makes the colors lusher, brighter, and more vibrant and has a softer, more natural appearance.

Furthermore, it lacks the same immersion that most laptops’ keyboards deliver, as pressing the keys is pretty much normal.

The drawbacks

In terms of how it is used for work, HP Steam A4 is a fine choice, but it slows down after an extended period of use. During the last stage of development, the RAM and processor were the main factors that caused it to become a tortoise.

Customer response after purchasing

My reviews are usually positive, so I hate to start so negatively. The laptop we purchased is a terrible purchase. This is the laptop I kept bringing back throughout my search for a laptop under $400. My research showed this laptop is fast, light, and has plenty of storage. I am going through documents quite slowly on this laptop when I am working on documents (example: Word). Microsoft Word is free for one year on this laptop. That’s their best feature. Since I own an iPhone 11 Promax, I find myself using it more than my laptop on any given day.

As much as I would like to, I’m unsure if I could exchange it for something else when I had the chance. In addition to opening this up when I’m working on a word document, I never use this. It’s that simple.

If you are purchasing this laptop for someone who is not a student, I suggest PASS. This laptop is excellent for someone who does not do much. It’s annoying that I have to close all my windows before playing or completing a game before streaming shows on my laptop. I play the sims4, go to school, and pour everything on it. There is nothing better for me than a laptop that can handle a little more at once; even when I shut everything down, my game lacked.

Specifications and features

  • There is 1TB of cloud storage available.
  • Processor a4-9120e with dual cores.
  • The display features a bright view with WLED backlighting.
  • Office 365 is available for 1 year.
  • Excessively portable and extremely robust.

Pros

  • Speakers tuned to stereo.
  • Design that is sleek and modern.
  • Displays with HD resolution.
  • Long battery life.
  • Free 1 TB One Drive cloud storage for 1 year.
  • Eye-catching, colorful design.
  • Performance is good enough for productivity.

Cons

  • When used, it becomes slow.
  • Glossy screen
  • Little to no storage
  • No upgradability

3. Lenovo ThinkPad E590

https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-E590-Business-Laptop-Professional/dp/B07TD7N4WK

Compared to other laptops in this price range, this laptop has fewer USB ports, and it is a bit expensive.  This Lenovo laptop is an excellent choice if you enjoy Lenovo and are looking for a computer with a 180° hinge. With its multipurpose capabilities, the Lenovo Idea pad L340 is one of the best gaming laptops. In addition to having 8 GB of memory, this laptop features a quality NVidia graphics card that offers smooth and fluid gameplay and a large, backlit keyboard with a number pad. Windows 10 is installed on the laptop, so it can also complete assignments or office tasks.

CPUs and GPUs

Intel’s Quad Core i5-8265U 1.6GHz processor is found in the Lenovo ThinkPad E590 laptop. The machine offers four cores, eight threads, and a 6MB Smart Cache. In addition to that, it features Turbo technology which can deliver a speed of 3.90GHz.

A UHD Graphics 620 integrated card lets you play titles like Witcher 3 and Dishonored 2 with ease.

Storage and RAM

ThinkPad E590 can be upgraded to an optional 512GB M.2 SSD as an entry-level storage option, which enables more storage and speed. Because it has an SSD, it will operate faster and will not be as sluggish.

The laptop comes with 16GB of DDR4 RAM for better performance. Quite a bit of power is put into it. It can handle more than average graphic settings with great speed. It’s also possible to run heavy applications without significant glitches, which is good for programmers.

Display and keyboard

E590 has an anti-glare display with a larger 15.6-inch screen with a resolution of 1366 x 786. Dual independent digital monitors are supported via USB Type-C or HDMI; it can support an external digital monitor.

As a bonus, it has some pretty decent quality keys, because it has a nice round shape at the bottom and it features revolutionary responsive keys. In addition, a numeric keypad is also included. The keys feel responsive to fingers because they respond to pressure.

A nice click can be heard when you press the keys. Because of this, it makes for a very good programmer’s laptop.

Here is the problem:

Playing games on the ThinkPad E590 is not as enjoyable as it could be because of its average speakers. If you attach headphones, you might find it more enjoyable.

Customer response after purchasing

My laptops are mainly used as portable computers in environments where I am always connected to power, so I don’t care much about their battery life. It would not be a good idea to use this laptop when on business travel as the battery life would be very short compared to the Mac Book Pros I usually use. I was able to find the Lenovo Think pad E590 I wanted at a great price. I prefer to use Think pad keyboards and cases over Dell’s and some HP’s that I have owned. I purchased the computer online and was delighted with the 512 GB SSD to make it fast to boot up. For a laptop of this size, the battery life is about average.

This minimalist design will turn too many heads in a professional meeting since blue accents substitute for red in the “gamer” design. While a few reviews have mentioned that the color gamut isn’t the best, I don’t notice this (if you saw any criticizing reviews). It might matter more, however, if you work in graphic design. A hinge that can bend backward is strong and can turn 180 degrees. This is not a touchscreen laptop; however, it can be used to view videos in bed. Additionally, the device is compact and light for a gaming laptop and readily portable. This is an excellent design choice.

Specifications and features

  • Intel 8th Gen processor.
  • Authentication by biometrics.
  • Quality that meets industry standards.
  • Quick Charge technology.
  • An HD Graphics 620 integrated into Intel’s processor.
  • The system has 8GB of RAM.
  • The graphics card is the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650.
  • The graphics card has 4GB of RAM.
  • The memory type is DDR4 SDRAM.
  • Backlit keyboard with numeric keypad.
  • Windows 10 is the operating system.

Pros

  • Sleek design.
  • Solid and shock-resistant.
  • Decent keyboard with integrated number pad.
  • A large 15.6-inch screen offers excellent gaming performance as well as high resolution.
  • In addition to 8GB of RAM, the laptop provides sufficient processing power to run most games.
  • This graphic card is of high quality from NVidia.
  • The 4GB RAM provides relatively good memory for playing games quickly.
  • This package includes Windows 10 operating system.
  • Besides a number pad, there is also a backlit keyboard.
  • You can easily work and play on the move while enjoying 9 hours of battery life.
  • Considering the specs of the laptop, it’s affordable.
  • The laptop has a beautiful, sleek design that we love.

Cons

  • Average sound card.
  • A limited selection of ports.
  • It would have been better to have a 16GB RAM card.
  • Having a larger graphics card, such as 8GB, would have been much more beneficial to play HD games.
  • An additional USB port would have been fantastic.
  • Overheating of the laptop would have been prevented with more cooling technology.

4. ASUS ROG Strix Hero Edition

4. ASUS ROG Strix Hero Edition

With the ASUS ROG Strix G15 (2021), you can perform other productivity tasks and play games. You get a powerful gaming computer that’s capable of performing a variety of functions. With a resolution of 1920 x 1080p, the laptop’s display has a screen size of 15.6 inches. Any gaming laptop will benefit from its 300 Hz screen refresh rate, unbeatable for a panel with that capability. The system is powered by AMD Ryzen 7 processor, which features octa-core technology. Multitasking and gaming operations are perfectly manageable with this powerful processor, as we have already discussed. Rog Strix G Gaming Laptop can withstand content creation and everyday multitasking with its streamlined and focused design mated with 9th generation Intel Core processors and GeForce graphics. This laptop is designed to have a metal finish on the outer body, the RGB keyboard with the lighting on the bottom, making it a complete gaming experience.

CPUs and GPUs

The Intel Core i7 processor, which is the latest in Intel’s processor generation, allows this beast to outperform some of its competitors in the gaming realm. With its staggering performance and optimized system, it is known across most of the regions as the HERO.

A powerful graphics card provides impressive performance with the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti 4GB. In comparison with previous generations, its advanced GPU can provide improved gaming performance.

In addition, it supports DirectX 12, which provides a smoother, energy-efficient, and quicker gaming experience.

Storage and RAM

Featuring a PCIe NVMe SSD with 128GB capacity and a fireCuda SSHD with 1TB capacity, you can increase your operating system storage capacity and speed. In addition, it boasts an amazing 16GB DDR4 RAM that you can load up heavy software and play heavy games on it without a problem.

Keyboard and display

With the help of a wide-view technology and a wrecking 120Hz display, this powerful beast greatly reduces lag in gameplay. NTSC’s 94% color gamut is approximately 130% of sRGB, showing an extensive color range.

Moreover, it is 20% brighter than IPS panels at this price range, making it superior to its rivals. By using it, you can easily distinguish between enemies, help you kill your opponents accurately, and differentiate against them without any hassle.

Featuring a customizable RGB-backlit keyboard with four custom zones you can place each finger comfortably on the keys while staying focused on your game.

On the other hand

While this giant has many pros, it has some flaws, mainly related to the battery, making it not particularly reliable when it comes to giving a great backup time. Nevertheless, it can be overlooked if you only stay in one place.

Customer response after purchasing

I wouldn’t say I like the RGB strip on the front of the computer and the RGB ROG symbol on the back of it, but you can turn them off if you wish. You can make the keyboard one color if you don’t want individual RGB keys – this is not a problem. It is terrific on the outside, but I have to warn you: if you are addicted to fingerprints, it will pick them up if you look at them the wrong way. I have never experienced a display comparable to the 144Hz IPS monitor on any other laptop before (including the Razor Blade). There’s a strange feature with the keyboard – it’s clear, so the RGB shows through very brightly when you press QWER (no, not WASD, right?). If anything, the number pad is a bit small.

This thing is a beast in terms of performance. The Ram is a single channel memory stick, so it comes with a 16GB stick of 2666 MHz memory. ASUS, you did not make a perfect choice. The performance of games suffered by 5-10 percent because of this. After researching, I decided to purchase a 16GB set of Ballistic SODIMMs (2x8GB). Not much of a problem if gaming is not your first concern, but we use this at times to drive a VR system, so we upgraded. If you have a gaming library of many games such as Steam/Origin/Epic (etc.), the 512MB M.2 drive may be a bit small. Additional 2.5″ drives can be installed if necessary (don’t lose the cable kit that comes with the system).

Specifications and features

  • The processor runs at 3.9GHz (Boost Clock).
  • The GTX 1050 Ti 4GB has been released.
  • Clear and crisp image with maximum contrast.
  • Lighting Keyboard with RGB effects.
  • A technology that prevents ghosting.
  • The Intel Core i5-9300H processor has four cores.
  • The 15.6-inch 1920×1080 IPS screen runs at 120Hz.
  • The GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6GB GDDR6 (Base: 1455MHz, Boost: 1590MHz; TDP: 80W) is the next generation of the GTX 1660 family.
  • Featuring dual 12V fans, dust-repulsion technology, and adjustable fan speeds, the ROG Intelligent Cooling thermal system provides efficient cooling.

Pros

  • Gaming Beast.
  • Super smooth Visuals.
  • Desktop keyboard with synchronization capabilities.
  • Plenty of power for AAA gaming
  • The distribution of weight is good.
  • Portability enhancements.
  • An adequate amount of storage.
  • Batteries that are above average.
  • There are two M.2 PCIe slots.
  • An exclusive look for gamers.
  • Bezels with slimmer edges.
  • Storage Space of a Huge Size.
  • Thermal System for Cooling.

Cons

  • Short battery life.
  • USB speeds limited to 5Gbits/sec
  • No SD card slot
  • Thunderbolt support
  • Lacks an integrated webcam
  • Gaming gets loud when fans get louder.
  • There was room for improvement with the GPU.
  • Gameplay becomes intense during intense gameplay.

5. ASUS TUF Dash F15

ASUS TUF Dash F15

Performance

Featuring the Intel 11th Gen Core i7-11370H, the first H-series processor based on Tiger Lake, it is a first for gaming laptops. It is to its credit that it has an Nvidia Geforce RTX 3050 Ti graphics card, which is more affordable and well balanced than higher-tier variants.

It only has 8 GB of RAM because it operates in single-channel mode; a second stick is recommended.

Display

The screen is somewhat subpar. Although it has an IPS screen, it covers only about 60% of the sRGB color space, so colors will not be remarkably accurate, and with an 853:1 contrast ratio, it will make blacks appear more like dark gray. This luminosity of about 350 nits is adequate for most tasks, but it may be a bit dark in direct sunlight.

Chassis

During the development of the TUF Dash F15, the chassis was redesigned. In comparison to the TUF A15, it has a more refined appearance. In addition, the chassis has been tested for durability and reliability by the standard military testing procedures. It is sturdy and does not bend or flex when used, but it is still portable.

There is currently no 15-inch Asus product more portable than the TUF Dash F15 series. The only downside of it is the lack of a webcam.

The keyboard

Asus designed an outstanding keyboard, both in terms of the feel of the keys and in terms of their usefulness. This keyboard has well-spaced keys, and I soon became accustomed to typing on it. The WASD keys are transparent and backlit with blue and the light shining through them is beautiful.

Thermal

ASUS makes sure that the TUF Dash F15 is not overheating by using a less power-hungry CPU and a GPU that consumes less power altogether. The CPU averaged 76°C while gaming and the GPU got about 70°C, which I find impressive. CPU temperatures reached 95°C under high load, and GPU temperatures remained relatively cool at 76°C.

A battery’s life

Due to the large 76 Wh battery feeding midrange hardware, battery life is likely quite good. The laptop’s battery lasted for nine hours at 50% display brightness, which is good for doing your daily business with it. However, gaming will not be possible for nine hours since gaming is very power-intensive and drains the battery quickly.

Customer response after purchasing

This machine is incredible. Exactly what I needed at a great price. I would highly recommend buying the cooling pad as it gets pretty warm! Several other online reviews echoed the same conclusion that internal fans are loud during demanding applications or games. Although it isn’t the best audio out there, I thought it was less terrible than most professional reviews stated. I appreciate ExcaliburPC’s timely delivery!

This has been bothering me for quite some time. It works great! I’m able to use the maximum settings in all games I play. The laptop is lightweight, silent, fast, and powerful, and it meets all of the descriptions. This laptop is superb. I highly recommend pairing it with a cooling pad. The fans on my cooling pad do not even start operating when I turn them on in performance mode. I was expecting something like this!

I haven’t yet played with it, but it has an attractive design and an exceptional processor. If it does not play well, then I will update. As of now, I do not anticipate any issues. When the program first started, there were many updates needed. The machine started much more quickly after these were completed, and overall, the performance improved substantially. There is only one criticism I have: its price compared with the inferior RTX3050TI included. It was almost $850 for this machine, but by the time I made up my mind later that day, the price had risen $100. In my opinion, it became an okay deal due to that change. Compared to the competition in this price range, this is an okay deal if you’re on a budget.

Features / Specifications

  • Processor: Intel Core i7-11370H, 4 cores, up to 4.8 GHz
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti, 4GB VRAM
  • Memory: 8GB, DDR4 3200MHz, Single-Channel
  • Display: 15.6″, 16:9, Full HD (1920 x 1080), IPS-Type, 144 Hz
  • Storage: 512 GB NVMe SSD, M.2
  • Weight:0 kg

PROS

  • Solid 1080p gaming performance (with a caveat)
  • Competitive battery life for a gaming machine
  • Quiet cooling fans
  • Smooth 240Hz screen
  • Comfortable keyboard
  • Easily portable, well built, compact, and lightweight
  • Batteries that last long

Cons

  • Subpar display
  • Webcam not working
  • There are only 8GB of RAM. An additional stick is recommended.
  • On graphics, underperformed two other RTX 3070-based laptops tested so far
  • No webcam or biometric features
  • The screen could tilt back more

6. ASUS ZenBook 13 UX331UA

ASUS ZenBook 13 UX331UA

CPUs and GPUs

This laptop from Asus features the Intel Core i7 8th Gen Quad-Core processor, which can be boosted up to 4.0GHz using Turbo Boost technology. As well as having 6MB of RAM, it significantly reduces the lag time between processor access and calculations due to the quick access to data.

With Intel UHD 620 graphics, it’s easy to play games with high graphics resolution. The plethora of games in the market today, however, requires a dedicated graphics card to play them smoothly.

Storage and RAM

Built-in is 8GB LPDDR3 memory, which is more than enough for applications and games alike. A person can still upgrade their computer, but it only depends on their personal preference.

Having a 256GB SATA SSD gives you enough space to boot Windows faster and give you faster performance and responsiveness. Additionally, SSDs provide dramatic improvements in performance, so multitasking will be much easier.

Display and keyboard

Apple’s butterfly mechanism was mimicked by Asus ZenBook but without much progress. That said, the keyboard still feels good. It does take a moment for the keys to return to their original positions, however.

There are many good things about the ZenBook’s screen, including its aesthetics and quality. Among those things is its 1920 x 1080 resolution. Additionally, it has an IPS display which provides much better viewing angles and colors. You cannot, however, work on it outside since it is still too dim.

The drawbacks

In addition to having excellent features, the screen is not bright enough to use outside as it can be difficult to see what’s happening on the screen as it will begin to dim.

Customer response after purchasing

The laptops I’ve tested so far (whole Asus laptops – Vivo books and Zen books) all have been glitch in my recent search for a good laptop for my work. Asus seems to be incapable of making a laptop that does not have so many glitches, seriously. The design of the laptop appears amateurish. In addition to touchpad glitches, the screen and keyboard flash red/blue suddenly and disappear on this laptop.

Therefore, I wonder why I tried all those Asus laptops if they are all so glitch. The matte finish, speakers, and the two-year manufacturer’s warranty make these laptops unforgettable, and the screen size, SSD, and fan noise are among the reasons why… Despite my best efforts, I have not found an Asus laptop without a glitch… Every Asus laptop I have tried had some malfunction. The laptop I bought seemed to fit my needs of being good-looking, speedy, and having appropriate memory and a compact size. My laptop fits the bill perfectly. I use it to access my other laptop remotely so I can work from anywhere with an internet connection and search on it for genealogy purposes. Deliveries were prompt, and I am satisfied with the product. It is worth buying.

Specifications and features

  • Core i7-8550U Quad-Core Processor.
  • Lightning-fast storage.
  • Comfortable portability.
  • Fastest web browsing battery life.
  • Nano-edge bezel display.

Pros

  • Crystal Clear display.
  • Backlit keys.
  • Solid performance.
  • Thin & light shell.

Cons

  • Dim screen.
  • No thunderbolt 3.

7. Acer Aspire E 15 8250

Acer Aspire E 15 8250

CPUs and GPUs

The Aspire E15 is powered by the latest model of the Intel Core processor: the i5-8250U that can reach speeds of 3.4GHz when coupled with Turbo Boost, proving to be a powerful and flexible companion for multi-tasking and handling multiple tasks at the same time.

The NVIDIA GeForce MX150 2GB GDDR5 dedicated graphics card runs on top of the latest processor; this card is sufficient to run most games in relatively low settings and at 1080p. By increasing the resolution or lowering the graphic settings, you can run any game.

Storage & RAM

If you don’t start off by opening a lot of heavy applications on your laptop, its 8GB RAM should allow it to run any game or software. Most games and apps require 8GB or more for the minimum system requirements.

You get 256GB of SSD space, which is plenty for storing a decent amount of data, apps, and games. There is a possibility of adding an external hard drive, storing files in the cloud, or increasing the storage space for anyone with a large amount of demanding software, games, and data.

Display and keyboard

You can place your fingers comfortably on the keyboard because it is responsive to your fingertips and snappy. I would prefer a larger keypad, but it appears that it is a bit cramped. The keys are pretty responsive overall, which makes them suitable for gamers and programmers alike.

Not least of which is the 15.6-inch display, which comes with a 1920 x 1080 resolution. Its dull display has disappointed everyone, apart from being decent in size. The monitor is still usable indoors but is not suitable for use near a large window or outside.

What’s the other side?

Since the display is dull most users do not seem to be satisfied with it. I do not recommend taking it outside. The laptop is also somewhat heavy in comparison to other laptops, and its size could irritate some users.

Customer response after purchasing

The laptop I received was in good order. However, with all of the choices, I began to beat myself up. At last, I realized I had no choice but to choose this one. The feature it offers was too appealing to ignore.

A low-gloss full HD matte screen, an SSD instead of a hard drive, and a backlit keyboard contribute to the excellent battery life. It won’t be the most stylish laptop around, as has previously been mentioned. It will, however, start winning with its performance. Although having a matte cover and one with a black coloration, it still looks adorable. It doesn’t only aim to appeal to readers. This fantastic product is about what’s within. To make it current, it took me about an hour to do all the updates. This boot software takes 10 seconds to boot up and 2 to 3 seconds to shut down. Having an interest in digital photography, I am fussy about screen quality. My computer starts programs almost instantly. A keyboard with a time-out feature and a light that illuminates is just what I need.

Moreover, the keyboard works with the battery, while the older ACER keyboard does not. To be illuminated, the ACER keyboard had to be plugged in. Based on my experience, the battery life is comparable to what is advertised for web browsing. For the most part, I used this to browse the internet and edit digital photos. It may even have been used for playing SIMS 4. I don’t believe I will have to upgrade the RAM. But I will be thinking about adding another storage drive to my system at some point. You should consider purchasing this if you are on the fence about it. This is an incredible product. I will end with this. A laptop with an HDD drive over an SSD is not even worth considering. The technology has already been obsolete. It is incredible how much difference it makes.

Specifications and features

  • Latest Generation processor.
  • Widescreen LED-lit IPS display.
  • Latest 802.11ac WiFi for faster browsing.
  • Easy Multitasking.
  • Longer Battery backup.

Pros

  • Comfortable keyboard.
  • Sleek and sturdy design.
  • Long battery life.
  • Fast processing.

Cons

  • Dull Display

8. HP 15.6 HD 2019

HP 15.6

GPU and CPU

This HP model 15.6 inch HD 2019 has an Intel Pentium N5000 processor clocked at 2.7GHz, which improves upon the N4200’s 2.15GHz processor with a higher boost clock speed for more performance. The machine is great for programming and graphic design.

Despite having an integrated Intel UHD graphics card, this system is not suitable for the most modern of games and is good enough for low-end users. A majority of the games it prefers are non-demanding ones, such as Sims 4 and Dirt Rally.

Storage and RAM

There are 8GB of RAM in this HP model so you can play any game you want with just the basic settings. Aside from this, it is capable of running everyday apps and games without any problems. However, it could be improved by increasing the RAM.

Furthermore, it has a 1TB hard drive that can store a reasonable amount of data, software, and games. Thus, you can tote around your entire studio wherever you go thanks to the HDD.

Display and keyboard

Putting your finger on the keys feels like pressing down on hard rubber or hard plastic. There is some shallowness to the keys as well. The keyboard built for mobile devices will not appeal to someone who is addicted to a desktop keyboard.

Moreover, it comes with a 15.6” HD SVA WLED-backlit touch screen with a resolution of 1366 x 768 and a resolution of HD SVA. You will enjoy the best graphics and visuals using the HD-class touch display.

What I dislike

Once a laptop has been used for a while, it becomes slower. The excessive storage of data may cause the laptop to encounter performance and functionality issues.

Customer response after purchasing

It is hard to express how much I appreciate my Chrome book Pro.

Generally, this device is beautiful and feels great to hold. This device takes no time to boot up, and it feels very lightweight. Playing games, watching movies, and browsing the web have never been this fun. I also like using the tablet mode for surfing the web. However, I prefer typing on the laptop model. This mode makes using the stylus a lot of fun. There is an excellent display.

Two-in-one Windows computers are going to be much more expensive than one-in-one Windows computers. It is possible to find a cheaper laptop than a Chrome book, but it will have a CPU that is inadequate for Windows

9. Samsung Chrome book ProXE510C24

Samsung Chrome book ProXE510C24

OS and CPU

With the Intel Core M3 6Y30 2.2GHz processor, the Samsung Chrome book Pro delivers maximum speed and great visuals, which are great for gaming and running programming applications.

This model is distinguished by its OS, which is new and noteworthy. The Chrome OS laptop is specifically designed to work with web applications, making it a great choice for web developers and designers. If you are into designing, you can use the stylus pen as well when using the tablet.

Storage & RAM

There is an additional 4GB of RAM on the Chrome book Pro. This is helpful in reducing power consumption, enhancing bandwidth, and power efficiency, as well as reducing the memory system’s power consumption.

The 32GB eMMC storage on this device is impressive. Despite this, the transfer rate is just slightly better than that of an HDD at 400 MB/s. Games and IDEs that take up a tremendous amount of space are almost impossible to store due to the low storage space.

Display and keyboard

As you will easily feel the soft keys under your fingers, this keyboard is quite decent for typing and placing your fingers on it. You can type quite easily on Chrome book pro thanks to its finger-friendly surface.

It has a 12.3-inch screen with a resolution of 2400 x 1600 and 400 nits, so it is bright enough to work outside.

The drawbacks

Batteries do not provide the same level of backup as we would expect from a laptop. It is also only good for introverts who prefer to stay in one place all the time and carry their charger with them everywhere.

The amount of storage is also low, which makes it impossible to meet a programmer’s and gamer’s needs.

Customer response after purchasing

Hopefully, you don’t want to deal with heavy laptops. The screen might be full HD, but it can’t compete with the Chrome book Pro’s 2400 by 1600 resolution. It is nearly TRIPLE the price of the Chrome book Pro to get a Windows 2-in-1 with comparable CPU performance, weight, and key.

Doing multiple tasks: I do lots of presentations, and my studies will include researching topics on the web, editing images, creating slideshows, and drafting outline documents. An adapter for the USB-C port allows me to extend the monitor to an extra one easily. Having the entire screen area at my disposal is perfect for handling all of this at once. With multiple windows and tabs open, the Chrome book Pro has not yet slowed down.

The possibility of connecting external devices to my PC concerned me. Everything I use can be connected to the USB-C port with adapters, and some adapters have about a half-dozen different ports.

The HDMI port allowed me to broadcast presentations to a television or projector, and a VGA port enabled me to connect my older monitor. A USB wired mouse is also working perfectly, and I can also use my USB Bluetooth mouse. It worked immediately with my USB presentation clicker, too. I had no issues getting my USB 3.0 1TB external hard drive to work on the Chrome book. Everything is working! When I plugged them in the first time, they worked immediately without being set up.

It’s not easy for me to push this. My first try was with Asphalt 8. My first impression was the superb graphics and gameplay. The graphics and gameplay were fantastic. I liked how the accelerometer controlled the game—recommended.

10. Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop

Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop

GPU and CPU

The AMD Ryzen 3 3200U Processor equipped with the Aspire 5 is clocked at 2.6GHz and can be increased up to 3.5GHz when running at full turbo boost. Mostly, you’ll use it for Internet surfing, spreadsheet calculations, and other everyday computer chores.

In addition, it has AMD Radeon Vega 3 Mobile Graphics, which can play most games at low and medium settings. The console can be used to run games such as Fortnite, Minecraft, and Roblox, which are similar. However, it would benefit from a dedicated card to provide it with the power it needs.

Storage and RAM

Aspire 5 comes with 4GB of DDR4 RAM, which is far too little if you want to play games on your laptop. The laptop will be unable to run games or perform poorly when you do. A good spot for good performance under normal gaming conditions is 16GB, depending on the budget.

A large amount of information can also be stored on its 128GB PCIe NVMe SSD. This SSD can transfer data at a speed of 12 Gbps, making it the best option.

Display and keyboard

Backlit keyboards are quite convenient, so you can use this model of Acer comfortably. Programmers, however, shouldn’t have a big issue typing in the dark or dim light since, as a beginner, you will have difficulty with the light.

With a 15.6-inch Widescreen LED-backlit IPS FHD (1920 x 1080) display, it gives you a brighter display. In other words, pictures will show in more accurate colors thanks to this feature.

There are a few things I dislike

This model has the major disadvantage of being in S-mode (safe mode); therefore you cannot download apps, software, or games from outside of the Microsoft store. In order to remove the S-mode, you would have to buy the Windows Home version or the Windows Pro version.

Customer response after purchasing

Basic computer needs can be met with this laptop at a very reasonable price. For me, the bare minimum in today’s needs is 4GB of RAM and a 128GB M.2 SSD, which constitutes the definition of “basic needs.” Most modern smartphones feature the same specs (high-end ones, though).

The laptop seems to have the goal of maintaining an aesthetically pleasing design. Among the ports on this unit are one 3.1 USB port, two 2.0 USB ports, one headphone/mic jack, one slim RJ45 port, HDMI, and a power plug. No battery is included.

Upon starting the program, the screen and sound quality immediately caught my eye. Sharp and contrast, the screen makes me feel like I’m watching a movie.

A black object is a black object. This impressed me immensely.

In addition, the audio quality surprised me as well. I was pleasantly surprised to find the sound quality was so good, especially for such a low price.

It is hard to easily swap out the hard drive or RAM from the laptop’s back panel. To remove the forum entirely, you need to remove at least 10 Philips screws. My 4GB RAM sticks have been replaced with 8GB; I have already installed new RAM. The process is straightforward.

A benefit of the M.2 SSD is that you can still add a traditional hard disk to expand your storage without reinstalling the operating system or copying the drive.

As soon as I entered S-mode, Windows instructed me to pay over $100 to gain access! I almost puked when I realized I was stuck in S-mode. A part of me thought this was some new trick for selling laptops without fully licensed Windows, and that locked you into the Microsoft app store. My steps were reasonably specific, but I remember an error in activating my Windows license that had to be resolved by clicking a troubleshoot button. I then was able to exit S mode.
